
‘Staying safe and well during the COVID-19 pandemic’ provides an opportunity for Somali Londoners to find out more about what we can do to look after each other during the pandemic and how to cope with losing loved ones.
This event will be hosted by presenter and broadcaster Abdihafid Mahamud Jama and he will be joined by healthcare professionals and community leaders from across London. You’ll have the opportunity to hear from all of them and ask them questions on a range of issues including:
• Staying safe during the pandemic
• What to do if you, or someone you live with, catches COVID-19
• Information about the COVID-19 vaccine to support you to make an informed choice when it’s your turn to have the vaccine
• Specific COVID-19 data for London’s Somali community
• Bereavement support
